Drilling fluid purification system is used for gas-solid
phase separation in drilling fluid and the dosing, storage, circulating
of drilling fluid and other treatments in the process of operating
drilling rig or workover rig. The system consists of shale shaker,
desander, desilter, cleaner, degasser, sand pump, agitators, centrifuge,
mud tank and explosion-proof circuit etc.
Technical Features
1. Solid control equipment layout is reasonable, which can achieve
five-class purified standards (shale shaker, degasser, desander,
desilter, centrifuge) to make sure that mud performance meets the
drilling well needs.
2. Mud circulating tank body adopts corrugated iron structure, which has high strength, beautiful appearance, etc.
3. Mud circulating tank surface adopts galvanic steel plate, which
has beautiful, lightweight, corrosion-resistant characteristics.
