API R series Pumping Units is a new type energy-saving beam pumping unit, which is similar to structure of conventional beam pumping unit. It’s a new type of sucker rod pumping surface unit, which is promoted in field oil production.

The products conform to API Spec 11E " Specification for Pumping Units " and other related standards.

Technical Features

1.Carry out the design using the modulation and the hypothesized technique of manufacture, the product is similar to structure and running characteristic of conventional beam pumping unit.

2. In the reducer use the symmetrical divergence type involute or arc herringbone gear transmission, its seal is good, the noise is low, the revolution is steady, it is reliable and durable.

3. The crank with designed antidromic angle reduces reducer's maximum torque peak value, by increasing angle between extreme positions improves the power performance extremely, reduces the engine power, and has good energy saving effect.

4. The whole machine structure pattern is optimized, the spare parts have high level of “the standardization, the universalization, the seriation”, The unit operating is simplicity, the maintenance is convenient, the service life is long.
